I was very intimidated about going car shopping. I knew I wanted a VW, but did not want to go through the hassel of dealing with a pushy salesperson just to test drive a car. However, D'Arcy turned out to be just the opposite of the stereotypical car dealership! I was handed the keys and told to have a good time on my test drive. There was no pushing and no pressure! After I got back from my test drive, I was asked if I had any questions about the car. After answering my questions in a very knowledgeable way, I was handed a business card and told to let the salesperson know when I was interested in purchasing or test driving again!! Of course I went back to purchase my car a short time later! I received the best treatment possible. I have been so happy with my car and with the continued customer service I have received!
