Helene is an amazing massage therapist, she listens to what you say and what you need, find out what is going on with your body and give you great work! She also informs you, let's you know how your body works what the impact of what you are doing (poorly) in your daily life to your body will have on the long run. She is great at finding alternative solutions and sharing suggestions with you.
Great massages, good communication, friendly, professional.
her website is also up there when it comes to massage therapists' sites. You can schedule your appointment online!!! (I find this so very practical, at work, my body aches i go directly to her website check w/ my schedules at the same time and book right there and then!).
her rates are in the normal range for any seattle area LMP, she also is a preffered provider for many insurances.
