I think the overall experience with this salon is based on the stylist you get. I went in there a couple hours before closing wanting to get half hi -lights and a haircut, and even though I have very long, thick and curly hair they didn't tell me no. instead, Susan told me she would stay past closing to work on my hair for me, and wow! Am I glad I got her!!! I wanted light ash blond highlights on very dark hair and I was worried she would tell me it wouldnt be possible, but she said no problem and delivered on her promise. She got it to the exact shade that I wanted, with almost no damage, something that is extremely hard to do. Her prices were lower than everywhere else that I have done my hair, and lower than some of the other stylists there. she is a perfectionist who pays a great deal of attention to detail, repeatedly going over my hair to make sure the haircut was exactly symmetrical. I would highly highly recommend Susan, she is such a sweetheart and so genuine. Did not try to p
