Poplar Place Apartment has really very BAD management. I have experienced with this apartment before. I paid the application and deposit with them $99 before moving in. This deposit for commitment that you will move to stay in this apartment and at Room number XXX. When I went to talk with them, They said that they could not give me that room which made me very upset. And they did not give me my deposit back. It is the worst apartment and management officer! that I 've ever met I think i am lucky that I am not living there. because my friend who lived there said that this apartment is very dangerous and has police knocking the door around apartment almost every nice. Scary! and dangerous! The surroundings around this area is very dirty and bad. Even if the rate is low ($525 for one bedroom), your life is worth more than that!.
