Review content:
I called regarding this issue to many times to count. They did finally send someone out the end of last year, however he made the leaks worse. On their web page he claims his company has three top notch installation crews that take pride in their workmanship and stand behind their product and installation one hunderd percent. If that is the case why have they not corrected the problem in my sunroom roof. I have called and my wife has called, left messages and no one will return our phone calls. There are leaks around my light fixtures and most recently another leak in the roof. I have given him enough time to correct the problem and this company does not stand behind their claim. Whenever it rains water comes in through the light fixtures. It seems like a simple problem to correct! Why has it not been corrected? April 4, 2012
