Review content:
Sierra Medical is not the place to go for an emergency. The staff ignore you when you ask for such things as bed pans or pillows by saying they will get it or tell someone else to do it. They have wanted to send us home after just getting there by saying are tests were normal and nothing had been done yet. They took a urine test from the bed pan when they should of taken it from a cath so it would be sterile. The doctors in the er wanted to send my mother home and we refused. She needed to be in the hospital for over a week. You wait at least 4hrs no matter what you are there for and we have been waiting for a bed for over 12 hrs. Terrible care there.
