I have been trying to frequent the spa once a month to keep up with my facials. After going to the Fountain 3x in the past 6 months, I can honestly judge that it is not worth the money and it is completely overrated. Staff- The staff at the hackensack location are not customer service friendly by any means, particularly the two 18 year old ish "managers." And if you really have an issue, then you'll have the lovely opportunity of speaking with Joyce Fontane. They always say the fish smells from the head down. Her attitude explains why the rest of the girls there get away with being so rude. The locker rooms- they offer sauve products and the cheapest shampoo in the shower stalls. The hair dryers are the cheap ones you see hanging on motel bathroom walls. Atleast invest in good hair dryers for a high end salon?! At the hackensack location, there are 4 showers. Do not go on the weekends! The place is a zoo, especially on Sundays. Also, people are always on their cell phones in there. The
