Swing City Music is without a doubt the worst music store I have ever had the misfortune of doing business with. Granted, I have not done a ton of business; however if I did, it would look strange considering I'm calling them the worst music store imaginable.\r

The first time that I remember having a problem was buying a few picks one random day. I remember that after around 5 minutes and idle chat, they had actually attempted to sell me an ibanez 7-string. Try and understand that this wasn't me entering the store and asking their opinion about a guitar that would suit me. This was me coming in asking for a few picks and nothing more. Talk about a hard sell.\r

The most recent time was actually getting my schecter C-1 classic fixed. All that was needed was a new tone-selector knob and a new input. I also asked to lower the action as low as possible without any buzzing or dead frets. He stated that it was going to take about a week. I wondered why it took so long for such mi
