Their weight management program is pretty effective and helpful if you stick to it for a long time. It made me loose quiet some pound till i was going according to them but it is at times to carry on with it as and when you have to attend paries and official meetings.And if you discontinue my weight got back to normal.But it is quiet helpful specially when u really take it seriously and do it with full enthusiasm...
