The store is too small. The merchandise is difficult to look at and you have to dig around too much. The items are overpriced given they are used. The prices given for items pawned is not the best. The store is really dirty and smelly. There is a lot of dust. The employees are not friendly. The store does support the community. The store is not inviting.
