thank you for your wonderful assistance in getting our furniture from the US to the UK. After all the effort - including extra letters to UK Customs - everything was delivered in one piece.
Dealing with you was a pleasure. You answered all of my questions- most of which I'm sure drove you mad because there were so many of them! - and guided me through the process.
I'm not sure what I would have done without you (probably messed up all the forms and paid far too much in VAT).
You were friendly, helpful and empathised with my situation on more than one occasion, often with a good dose of humour. Your customer service was exemplary.
Thank you for a pain-free experience and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending you and your company to all my friends and family. Indeed, if I ever find myself needing to ship more furniture to the UK, I know who to call.
