I went to sears in merrillville had my daughters pictures taken and when they were shipped to the store they were damaged in the mail (not the studio's fault) the manager jennifer promised to fix them and ship them to my house a month later no pictures 2months later no pictures after atleast 30 calls and complaints to 1888portraits they say the pics are at the merrillville studio u can pick them up I get there pics are the original damaged ones still damaged and the best part is they tried 2 cut them so that u couldn't see the damaged pictures as easily! So after another month of phone calls complaints and irritation I call the executive office of sears. They tell me they can't do anything sorry bc the manager claims that she reimbursed me and reordered my pics both are lies ... The manager is rude unfriendly dosent manage staff and holds no accountability for things that happen within her studio she lies to cover her butt and in my opinion should be fired! SEARS PORTRAIT STUDIO WILL NEVER HAVE MY BUISNESS OR FAMILYS AGAIN
