Review content:
I went into Computer Sonics because I had a customer's computer that I needed parts to repair, and I've had some very poor experiences with stores in the area. Lately I've been purchasing all of my parts online but I decided to go to Computer Sonics because I was in a rush and they were nearby. Based on the other reviews I read I was not expecting much when I walked in. When I went in the store was really busy. I was immediately greeted though, and it didn't take very long before the salesman came over to see if there was anything they could help me with. He oriented me with the store and directed me to the parts I needed right away. I was happy with the prices and pleased with the service. I'm going to go back a few more times before deciding to purchase all of my parts from them, but so far so good. I'm hoping my next visits are as good as this one was because purchasing locally would help me have a faster turn around time on my repairs because I wouldn't need to wait for the part to arrive.
