I went for a AC diagnostics. They charged me $75. They did not find anything. The service advisor came over and said it looks like a compressor problem. I was like man $1500 gone. By the time the techncian found that it was a wiring issue. This advisor guy said another $75. I agreed. Everything was fine and I started driving my car... voila the car won't turn while exiting from the strip mall. Came back again and told the service advisor guy. He immediately opened the hood and said $90 to fix the problem they created. I never ever had any issues with the Power steering belt until it went to that Brakes Plus. Nice way of getting business. Finally I had to split the amount after arguing for an hour. Now they fixed the AC wiring but screwed up the heating. I am planning to complain to the BBB about this. They are 100% crooks and cheats. Please do not go to this crooks. Better find some other place.
