Businiess name:  Chris' Yard Detail & Hauling
Review by:  Jason M.
Review content:
Called Chris' yard detail to clear leaves and debris from my cabin in the mountains. Dustin was the gentleman I spoke too, and set up to clear my debris. Very eagar to get the work done. Advised him it was only a weekend home, and that I would be up the following weekend if he could do the work then. He said he would prefer to do it during the week, which was fine with me as long as I could just mail him a check. He said that was fine, and he would call me when the work was done. Once the work was completed, he called and text me his name and PO box, and a few days later, my wife mailed out a check for him along with the rest of our bills we had to pay for the month. We get to our cabin Friday mid day, work looks good. Didn't clean the roof off at all, but I understand that could be a liability, shame on me for not sweeping it off ahead of time. Friday afternoon, i get a call, "where's the check." Well, my wife just mailed it this week, so I would say give it a few days. Saturday, "Where's my check, I have to pay my crew." Told you yesterday, It was just mailed. It's on the way. Monday, "where's my check?" Dustin, I told you, It has been mailed, and I cannot control how fast the post office delivers it. Are you suggesting I am lying too you? "Cancel your check and go to my bank and deposit it directly into my account." Like I told you already, the check was mailed, and I cannot control how fast the post office carries mail up to the mountains. Now, I have never written a report about any business I have dealt with, and I have dealt with quite a few. I have several properties in southern California, including my main home, and this vacation home, as well as two rental properties, and I have several yard care companies that service my rentals as well as one that services my main house. I have NEVER had any of them call me and demand payment. They all send me a bill, and within a week or two, we send them a check. I didn't think of it until the other person commenting on this company, made
