This office is a zoo!! Don't expect to be seen on time, please be prepared to wait at the minimum of one hour and that's with an appointment. They never returns calls, you, the patient, will do all the leg work. I have NEVER seen a medical office like this one and I hope I never will. Front office staff "Always" losing or misplacing sensitive documents, however, they do manage to take those co-payments pretty quick. My family and I are taking our insurance elsewhere...this place is a circus and I'm have decided to get of the train.
