Worst Hardwood finish I ever had, screen/scuff marks and scratches under the poly finish started showing thru after a few days as the floor dried. Had other companies come to repair (because owner refused to) and they all said the finish was not done right and I have to have the floors re-done. This company was very expensive selling me on Durablity and 5 coats of finish. The floor is Not durable and scratches just walking around in socks and he will not make good on the horrible finish. He is cocky, argumentative and very defensive - which shows insecurities.
