Review content:
It's rare to find a contractor service that not only does quality work but doesn't over-charge either. This is exactly what I got when the guys from Mike Stern plumbing worked on my water heater replacement. Doug went out of his way to communicate what was needed and then did exactly what he said he would do and charged us what he said he would. Great attitude and very friendly during the project. Customer service is an area they excel at for sure. Would use again without hesitation!
