We went in there to sell some old jewelry and the blonde sales lady acted like it was beneath her to even bother helping us. She was condescending and apparently thought we were illiterate hicks because she was unnecessarily defining words for us. Also, they don't give the spot price and use pennyweights as their measure, something my husband has NEVER seen before, and he has bought and sold jewelry all over the world. I guess she thought she could scam us but we left with our jewelry. I'll keep it before I sell it to them, and it'll be a cold day before I ever set foot in that place again. We have bought from them in the past but now that I know what rip-off artists they are, we are going somewhere, ANYWHERE, else for our jewelry, and we will be sure to tell everyone we come across just what kind of scammers and snobs they are.
