orderered multi doors from this company and worked with them through out the process. when it came time to install them job was not completed, many excuses, i was very patient, tried to work out obsticals and some thing were resolved temporarily, but not fixed on a perminent basis due to construction factors, but this project was paid in full in advance and the wood doors were not installed properly and proper trim not provided, no lock assembly was installed for over 6 months and when it was installed by the president,mr. bell it wouldn't work. Iron doors and wine gates were never feaux painted and not completed on installing of gates. after numerous calls i have been ignored and calls are not being returned. then i was told a repairman would be at my house to take care of the wood door issue of being re-installed and all they did was fix the lock. after more calls and no return calls from Mr. bell i was finally told they would be out on the 26th of june 2012. I specifically ask if all would be resolved and finished i was told i was scheduled for a whole day but no specifics were given on what they would do. i will keep you informed as it happens.
