Anyone looking to refinance in California needs to check out Ocean’s Capital Network. I've recently had to refinance and needed someone to guide me through the process, and these guys were awesome. Their website is so informative that by the time I contacted them I only had a few questions left. As well as refinancing they also offer mortgages for buyers and help with debt.
I submitted the info on the loan calculator and got the reply to my email real fast, and their agents talked me through everything that I hadn't found out on the site. This is a great company with an awesome service, and takes the strain out of refinancing.
