I had to go to my sons formal military wedding looking like I just rolled out of bed. Ecause of this salon. My appointment was at 2 but after sitting there for over an hour, I had to leave. When I told the lady I was leaving she said she didn't know what to charge me because the stylist wasn't at the front counter yet. I said really? You charge people just to sit here for over an hour? Then she asked, "you didn't get your hair done?" really lady? Not only did they all see me sitting there the whole time, but my hair looked ridiculous. I only clipped it up that morning knowing I had that appointment. No curling iron, no hair spray, nothing! After I said I needed to leave or I would be late for my sons wedding she asked if I wanted someone else to do something. I said NO! I have to leave now. I don't have time to even sit for 5 more minutes. I can't be late for my own sons wedding. Worst experience ever. Very disappointed. Crazy thing is...I would have paid any amount of money to have a beautiful hairdo that day. Their loss!
