Bill was actually the third place I called when I had begun shopping around for computer repair. His prices were cheaper and he could come out the same day I called him. The other places were more expensive and all said it would take up to three business days to repair. No thanks.
Bill showed up on time, was professional, and courteous. He charged me the price he quoted me over the phone and was in and out within an hour. He got rid of the virus and also cleaned up my hard drive.
Highly recommend Bill for any of your computer woes. Thank you Bill.
