On occasion I buy myself relatively inexpensive jewelry ($200-300) at Samuels Jewelers here in Pocatello. My experiences have always been wonderful! Always treated as if I were making a $1,000,000 purchase. I even brought in an old family piece one day and asked if I could buy a box so that I could gift it to my daughter; they not only gave me the box for free, but cleaned the necklace and placed it nicely in the box with a ribbon - no charge/no purchase!! Go ahead and shop here, no regrets :)
