Great guy, great service, could not ask for a more informed and personable technician. Traveled to my house and my work to get the job done. My main computer problem: old laptop and video card went out. The video card was no longer made. My awesome technician found the video card on EBay, got it for me and installed it a week later. GREAT GUY!!!
