Review content:
I called Roto Rooter out Monday night for a possible sewer backup. They were very fast to arrive but the worker didn't have any tools with him that could assist us. He needed to cut into a clean out pipe in my front yard and couldn't do it. Then needed a camera to see down the drain but didn't have a camera and nobody else near him had one either. After 2 hours of no progress he left. He did return the next day, which he said was his day off. He cut the pipe and rodded to the street and in my home. He was there about an hour. All in all it was ok service. Seemed very expensive but i don't have much experience with what plumbing bills cost. Nice employee.
