Soundview replaced all the windows in our little Ballard home (about 8 months ago) and did a great job. They kind of talked us into going with some Anderson 100 series windows that were quite reasonably priced, and do seem to be high quality windows for the price.
However, if I could go back and do it again, I would pay 25% more (on the total bill) for premium windows (probably fiberglass). Install is so expensive that it makes even doubling the window price not as big a deal as you might think, and I think a fiberglass window would look a good bit nicer in our home, and would also feel more tightly put together.
Bottom line, I felt totally comfortable having Soundview work on my home, and would definitely recommend them.
