I had the LASIK procedure done in Dec of 2011, I have since been dealing with 6 months of chronic dry eye caused by the procedure. They got my $4,000 and I am looking at the very real possibility of dealing with this constant pain for the rest of my life.
When seeking help from restore vision I was told they could put small silicone plugs in to help with the problem....for $300. If you have a complication as the result of their procedure your on your own, unless you fork over more money. I understood the risk so I am not complaining about the outcome, only the dismissive way Restore chose to deal with it. As much money as this procedure cost I was astounded that they chose to deal with the life altering condition that resulted from their procedure as another revenue source.
