Review content:
First of all, don't even pay attention to the hours stated on their website or on the door at their office. They don't work those hours. They seemingly don't work any regular hours. If you'd like to attempt to find them in the office, be prepared for wasted trips.
Secondly and most importantly, THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH! After finally managing to find them in the office, I gave them all of my information and travel needs and was told that they'd get back to me in a week with information. THIS WAS FIVE WEEKS AGO! No phone calls, no emails or anything else. No contact in five weeks. Needless to say, another travel agency has my business now.
Traveling is one of those activities where you really need and count on someone who is going to be there for you. You need them to be dependable, timely and accurate. Do you really want to trust your travel experiences to a place like this? I will not make the same mistake again and I urge you to look elsewhere.
