I have been a customer of Nick Karras' State Farm agency for 8 years and
have always received the highest level of customer service. Everyone who
answers the phone is professional, personable and focused on helping me with
any problems or questions I may have. When I had an unfortunate incident
and had to file a claim, Nick's agency was immensely helpful in the filing
and the administering of my claim. I like that Nick's Agency offers me a
very wide assortment of products that meet my banking, retirement and home,
auto and life insurance needs. Nick holds himself and his staff to the
highest ethical standards which is evident in the way he conducts business.
He does what is best for his customers instead of what is best for his own
wallet. Having Nick as my State Farm agent has made my life easier and less
stressful knowing that he has helped me prepare for my future and for the
unexpected.
