My experience with your establishment was quite positive. The salesperson that I dealt with was Rich. He did exactly what I needed to have done: gave me the information about the car that I needed to understand what I might be buying and provided me with an opportunity to get a sense of the quality of the merchandise, but without real pressure to make a purchase. At the point of decision making he offered me just enough incentives to encourage a decision for the purchase. I don't know that I got the best deal in the world, but I am satisfied that the price I paid was fair and probably pretty comparable with what I would have been able to do anywhere else. There are innumerable features on the 2011 Jetta Sportswagen TDI that I bought and it is overall so much more advanced than the old car I've been driving that it was impossible to cover adequately every detail that I might need to know to operate it. But Rich and Dre did their best to help me feel comfortable driving out of the lot at delivery. The only way I could have been better prepared would have been for them to come home with me to accompany me as I entered into the process of setting up the entertainment features and learned about how to sort out the various information displays. That's not very realistic. I thought that it was a nice touch that Dre called me the day after delivery to check into my progress. He was able to answer a couple questions that I had at that point. Maxwell is clearly trying to make their customers' experience with them positive, and I appreciate the effort. Thanks to everyone for making this a positive experience
