This is a small but full service health food store. They have everything from produce to shampoo, to hot lunches. They have fresh herbs, vegetables and fruits and grains. They have a large assortment of frozen foods. They carry makeup, personal care items, vitamins, candles and incense. They have home made treats, warm home made organic soups for lunch, as well as your boxed favorites. Organic mac and cheese, chips, peanut butter et cetera. They have a huge selection of fun things for the home. Pillows that are scented for relaxation, candles, incense, burners, candle holders and blankets. It is a local family owned business, right in the center of town and is open 6 days a week. They get deliveries most days so everything is guaranteed fresh!
