Have been shopping at this great store for years and never had an issue with returns or help. Was in the store once when I saw a woman trying to return something that was opened and used and then wanted to return it. Maybe when you open and use something you shouldn't be returning it? Otherwise why wouldn't everyone buy things and return them when they got tired of them? I can't blame stores for not taking used products back. As for my experiences, they have always been helpful, knowledgable, gift wrap and even carried my bags out to my car because they were heavy. I'm a fan, have been for years and will be for more to come
