Review content:
We paid Hardin Services a great deal of money to do a WHOLE house termite treatment on our home several years ago. We also pay for their annual "inspection" every year since. At first we were happy because we did not realize the service they had provided was imcomplete. In April 2011 termites were once again found. They spot treated. Their own employee said the service he rendered in 2011 should have been done during the original treatment. Then in April 2012 they AGAIN found termites. Also in an area that we were told should have been treated originally. AGAIN they spot treated. My husband was advised by their employee that the entire garage should have been plugged. Another company advised him that the area where the garage slab joins the house should have been plugged from day one!! When their employee came to spot treat in April 2012 my husband requested this be done. The employee said he would have to ask "Tom" (the owner). We have waited with no response. Now on May 28, 2012 we were cleaning in the garage and found more tunnels. This prompted us to rip sheet rock out where the slab joins our interior laundry room. Sure enough...termite damage! They are imcompetent! WHOLE house means WHOLE house..not leaving areas left undone!!!!!!!
