An excerpt of my review of this business, cut for length requirements. Contact me for the full review: "At the beginning of our appointment, Jennifer mentioned something vaguely about shooting off-site, and then never mentioned it again. Next, she asked us to follow her around the back of the studio to take some shots outside, marching well ahead of us, enough so that, to a casual observer, she would have appeared not to be affiliated with us at all. Once outside, a narrow, rickety-looking set of stairs awaited us. My parents were not pleased, but with the assistance of myself, my brother and my wife - I will come back to this detail in a moment - they eventually made it down the steps. Jennifer, far ahead of us, waited impassively as my mom then struggled to make it over numerous curves and uneven ground to a spot where she'd stuck a chair near some foliage. In the process of helping my mom safely get to the bottom of the stairs, I asked Jennifer what she would have done had one of our party been in a wheelchair, and received no response. I am not sure how much Jennifer knows about cerebral palsy, but it is a disorder one is relegated to regardless of their size or age; my mother has had CP since birth. I suspect both Jennifer's knowledge and compassion for disabled persons to be minimal, given that her next comment was a sneering insinuation that, in fact, making my mom climb steps and curbs was good for her, due to the fact that she is fat. I sincerely hope Jennifer one day realizes that CP cannot be 'cured' by exercise. Notably, she did not apologize even after this had been explained to her, nor did she seem to care about accommodations after the fact."
