Just spent the last 4 days with guys from Art Plumbing & A/C in my house replacing old duct work and bringing the insulation up to code. My initial contact was with Greg Frazier and Lee Aken who walked me through all the problems and shortcomings our old system had. Everything was explained in detail and all options and costs and payment plans were presented without pressure. Once work started, Ed and Lee came every day to check on the progress and answer my questions (and to see Tommy, our Maltese, who everyone fell in love with!). The crew was excellent. They were all friendly and respectful of our home. When they left at the end of their day, you could barely tell they had been here. I had mentioned to Greg that I was going to take down all items stored in the attics. Without hesitation, he had the crew take everything down for me. We also had an attic water heater replaced at the same time and again, it was done with minimal disruption. These guys are the greatest. We have been using Art Plumbing & A/C since 2004, and I highly recommend them for any job, big or small. By the way, their office personnel is also friendly and efficient.
