As water was backing up into my basement at midnight, one plumber I phoned said they used the words “emergency service” just for advertising. Another “24/7” plumber took eight hours to respond. When I contacted The Roto-Rooter team, though, I clearly was dealing with smart, friendly professionals. They took care of my badly silted sewer line promptly, threw in a discount coupon I didn’t know about, left my wife and me smiling, and even made friends with our dog. Chuck and Nick, you guys are the best, the perfect answer for a bad situation. Thanks all!
