Review content:
My husband was on the way to work one day and his van started to shake. He didn't know what happened. He called ATS and they were more than helpful. We didn't know if the van was good to drive a couple of blocks, or if we would make a bad situation worse. Although the ultimate decision was ours, they went through exactly how the car was acting and decided it was ok to drive. From the first phone call they kept us informed and gave I thought a very fair assessment and price for a transmission. Their transmissions all come with a two year warranty and a certificate you are to keep with your vehicle in case their ever is a problem. Although no one likes to have car problems, they were very kind and patient with us. We now take all of our vehicles there for any and all repairs.
