I purchased a Rolex from Bella Cosa. It runs fast and is missing a link. Bella Cosa gives a 1 year warranty. I called the manager Michelle, and she outright lied saying the acceptable CSOC Rolex standard is a watch can run +10 seconds a day. The Rolex standard is only +5 seconds a day. The watch is running faster than Michelles +10 seconds a day anyways. She avoids responding, and Bella Cosa has not fixed the watch. It will cost $1000 to send the watch to Rolex to repair the watch running fast.
