Be careful of this shop unless you don't mind your pet being cut and the injury covered up and denied.
I wish we had read the reviews here and on Google reviews before bringing our dog to the store or we would have known the cold, obstinate attitude of Alexa, the owner. Rather than act humanely towards the clients, her m.o. seems to be to deny responsibility for injuries her shop causes and accuse the owners of seeking free services. Yet, she has no solutions as to how to make up for the unneeded suffering from having mutilated her canine clients or their subsequent vet visits.
Apparently her business method is based on accusations of the owners rather than providing quality service and having decent morals.
