Warning - If you ever have a loved one enter this hospital beware that the staff seem more concerned about your money than your family member and they are very poor at communicating with family members as to the status of their loved ones as they may never make return calls so do not expect them, plus the front desk says that you need an appointment but once again you need a return call from staff which is like low taxes in NJ, not going to happen! You would do better to start with Overlook Hospital and seek their advice rather than admit your family member to Summit Oaks Hospital, spread the word!
