I wish you had no stars. The buildings can look nice but are disasters with old plumbing and electric. Backed up sinks and toilets and fires waiting to happen.
The new maintenance man Paul is as bad as the old one Rafat. GLA also plays favorites big time in maintaining units.
Laverne the owner lies to you about repairs being made and excuses abound. She likes to put out flowers and maintain the lawn. Too bad she doesn't care as much about the inside.
The office help is generally surly and unhelpful.
When exterminators are coming and, you will need them with the mice infestation you are lucky to get 24 hrs. notice although they know well ahead in the office.
I had been promised my apartment would be painted, floors done and repairs made. When I moved in NONE OF THAT WAS DONE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wasn't even given the courtesy of an apology only a BS excuse that there was a plumbing emergency at another building. What does that have to do with painting my apartment?
They are losers and liars. Go elsewhere.
