They ruined a precious a ring I had after I paid them almost $200 for them to place a loose stone into a setting. They also botched sizing the ring. I took the damaged ring to a jeweler and they were shocked by what they did. They said I should report them. I now need to take pay even more money to have my ring fixed. They also have questionable business practices: Why do they require your home address if they fix the item on the spot? Why do they take your receipt once you pick up the item so you have nothing to prove the work they did, and why do they require you pay upfront before they fix an item? Dreadful, depressing experience.
