My family and I called Glen Belle a couple of weeks ago to inquire about prices to the pier. We were going to be a large group requiring a few cars/vans. Well, let me just say, we will never call this company again! If I could rate it no stars I would! The woman who answered the phone there, I think it was either Saturday afternoon or Sunday, she was so distracted. Firstly, she didn't answer the phone on the first try. Then the 2nd call, I was put on hold, I'm not kidding, for like 15 minutes. I hung up and called back, at this point I wasn't going to reserve the cars with them just wanted to give a piece of my mind. This time the woman answered, and acted like I was crazy. She said she never put me on hold!! I must have gotten a different operator. Funny, each time I called it was the same voice! I will never call this company again! We wound up using another company for our job, and they were very professional!
