I know my apartment got bed bugs because of some bites in my back and arms. Pest Pro responded to my issue immediately and the technician was able to get the job done quickly. He came back the following day to do some follow up check up and found out that there are still bugs so he advised our neighbors to have him check their apartment as well. He sprayed the bug treatment to my apartment again and to my neighbors. He told me to call him if I got bug bites again. He was very professional and honest person. He did a good job and I highly recommend him.
