I have been using Dwyer's services in more than one location for over 20 years. On occasions, such as when our condo association might want us to use theirs or they had a group price, I would use that company. But no one beats Dwyer, in my book. Yes, they are Pricey, and a reviewer says. But then come when you need them, work non-emergency calls into your schedule without problems, and back up their work. I don't even think about calling anyone else anymore.
