I was first impressed by the company rep that came to visit us. He was dressed well, had good manners and listen to what we wanted before giving to many suggestions. That's how sales guys do it...not all but they should. After we decided to use the B&B we were also impressed with the management. The project manager was very helpful and kept us up to date with what was going on. Our Basement turned out great and we love everything about it. Our children have rooms down there and we have a lot of space with closets, FINALLY STORAGE!!! We have a nice family room with fireplace (that we love). Our Kitchen area is the best though. I am very pleased with the cabinets, good quality. The only thing I can say that I wish would've been done is the Custome Login on the website. This would have been more than Perfect to finish things off. Not sure if its up and running yet but can't you just imagine how nice it would be to login to the website and see the status of you basement? I know that would've been nice. Thank you Basements and Beyond, We Love Our Home!
