This is the worst school. First of all, it's like going into a bar. You can't concentrate because of all the talking amongst students and staff and all of the ringing cell phones. This is the type of school that has no teacher. You are given a book and you sit at the computer and study yourself. There is an instructor in the room but I knew more than he did. When I told the director of the school that the instructor did not know that much about the material, she told me that it took him 3 tries to pass the test. She thought this was funny. Also, when I was taking my practice tests, the computer kept telling me that some of my answers were wrong even though I knew they were right. I tried the same thing on another computer and they were right. I told the instructor and he said there must be something wrong with the software on that computer and shrugged it off. Did he have it fixed or checked out-no...did he continue to let people sit there and work-yes. Another thing is that when I enrolled in the school, I was told I could take a test once and if I failed, I could take it a second time for free. If I failed again and wanted a third try, I would have to pay for it. I was then told by the instructor that I could take the test once and if I failed, I would have to pay for the second test. When I asked the director of the school about this, she said the instructor was wrong. She called him into the office and asked him about it and he said that he doesn't like to tell the students they can take the second test for free unless he has to because the school has to pay for the tests...like the money is coming out of his pockets. The material they give you to prepare for the tests is not everything you need to pass the test. The instrucotr and director both told me this but said there was nothing they could do......these are just a few of the problems with this school. There is not enough room to list everything.
