Bought voucher from half off depot, called several times, finally got an appointment and James wanted to charge me extra for what should have been basic cleaning services I have now learned. They never showed, had to clean the house myself and I was allergic to the cats that lived there before. I was miserable for days. Have tried to call several times since and sent emails with no response. My voucher is now expired and I have a new housekeeper that is great. So buyer beware!!
