I flew out to help my Grandma handle all the insurance claims and contractors since her house was damaged in the hail storm. I was so happy when I got a chance to finally talk to someone "real" who I didn't feel was just trying to get an insurance adjuster up on my Grandma's roof. Brian, over at McAllen Valley Roofing, was so refreshing to talk to. He gave us a fair bid, talked to us about the insurance process and not only put my mind at ease but also my Grandma. When it came to the job actually being done I was so happy that it was done on time. The BEST part was that the crew did NOT leave a mess behind but they actually picked all the weeds out of her flower garden! Now that is service minded!!!
I highly recommend Brian over at McAllen Valley Roofing, they do great work and their focus is on making sure you are comfortable with the process and happy with the results.
